Cooking Demonstration - Galton Blackiston

We are delighted to announce, Galton will be our special guest at this event and performing one of his delicious cooking demonstrations. We look forward to warmly welcoming Galton to this event, where you will have the opportunity to see some great cooking skills by our local Michelin Starred chef, now in his 25th year of this prestigious award.

Galton will be demonstrating the following menu:

Salmon, Haddock, Spinach and Potato Chowder
Beef Wellington (prepped in advance)
