Mindfulness, Meditation and Wellbeing
The group is an opportunity to retreat from the “busyness” or our everyday lives and focus on some simple mindfulness practices together. It is an invitation to explore these practices for ourselves and is suitable for those with some experience or none. It offers ways to support ourselves in our “one wild and precious life”
The group meet twice a week Tuesdays at 9.30am - 10.45am and Wednesdays at 8.30am - 9.15am via Zoom.
