We are delighted to announce the return of our very own North Norfolk Michelin chef, Galton Blackiston to inspire us with a cooking demonstration, on the theme of “Getting Ready for Christmas”.

Galton, of Morston Hall, is nationally and internationally known, and has maintained his Michelin Star status, now in its 27th year; a prestigious achievement in the field of exquisite cuisine and fine dining.

We look forward to the delights Galton will be presenting us. There will be an opportunity following the demonstration for questions and answers, and also to purchase books, including his latest, “Hook, Line, Sinker” and which, if asked, Galton will personally sign on the day.
