Current Affairs

Group meetings are held on the 2nd Monday afternoon of the month at members' homes.

Experience needed: None.

Our aim is to learn about and discuss events and issues in the news.

Before each session, the group contact emails a list of newspaper articles for consideration by group members. Members read those they are
interested in and are invited to circulate others if they wish.  At the start of each session, an agenda of news stories is agreed, taking
account of what had been circulated.  Chosen stories are then discussed.
